Caitlin Pyett
Director of Account Management, Asia, Crown World Mobility

Starting her career in London, Caitlin worked in investment banking as a Global Mobility specialist.

In 2012, she relocated from London to Singapore to commence a role as part of the Global Mobility leadership team for a large engineering services company as their Policy and Practices manager. In this role she honed her expertise in strategic mobility policy design and development, and undertook responsibility for vendor selection and management. Following five years in Singapore, she relocated to Hong Kong in 2017 and switched from an in-house focus to a provider role. She is now responsible for Account Management across the Asia region at Crown.

Caitlin has also published several thought leadership articles on Global Mobility issues and hot topics, and is a keen linguist and traveler.

Rani Nandan
D&I Director, APAC, PageGroup

With more than 15 years’ experience working across retail, contact centre and sales environments as an HR leader, Rani Nandan has a passion for diversity, inclusion and HR business partnering.
Since joining PageGroup in 2015, Rani has demonstrated a strong business partnership approach across both our Australian and Japanese businesses.

In mid-2021, Rani was promoted to D&I Director, APAC. This role focusses on developing and deploying PageGroup’s D&I strategy across the Asia Pacific region, building on the framework she has successfully delivered across Australia in the past six years. In this role she works collaboratively with PageGroup’s global D&I team, the APAC Executive Leaders and Country Heads across the region.

This role aims to strengthen PageGroup’s D&I goals regionally and demonstrates the investment and commitment the business places on this important topic.

Supporting her role, Rani is a member of the global sustainability working group, where she collaborates with business leaders to implement the sustainability goals the business has in place, as part of our membership and signatory to the United Nations Global Compact.

Debra Jane Beynon
Regional Immigration Manager, Bangkok, Crown World Mobility

As Regional Immigration Manager (APAC), Debbie Beynon supports high-quality immigration service delivery across the Asia Pacific Region. Partnering with the Director of Global immigration services and Global Operations Director, she oversees the development and delivery of immigration and immigration-related services. This includes providing expert advice and knowledge on matters related to corporate immigration in the region. Debbie joined Crown in August 2015 and took up the role as Regional Immigration Manager on 1 August 2016.

Sharmila Ragoovaran
Regional Account Manager – Singapore, Crown World Mobility

Sharmila has worked in Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong. Her career span of 17 years in the field of customer service has given her the opportunity to work with many reputable companies. She has more than eleven years’ experience in world mobility industry and has gained solid experience of Account Management by managing the relocation services for APAC.

Sharmila joined Crown in 2007. Her previous roles include managing customer service teams across the mobility division as well as Regional Account Manager for Malaysia and Brunei. In these roles, she has provided superior customer service, built long-standing relationship with clients and worked effectively across various levels and functions within the organization.

In her role as Regional Account Manager at Crown, Sharmila remains the key contact for the APAC region, including overseeing regional Account Management, in addition to recommending and implementing policy and best practices, conducting account reviews, monitoring service quality and responding to the client’s needs.

Sharmila earned her Diploma from The School of Marketing in Malaysia. She is a Malaysian national who speaks fluent English, Malay and Tamil.
