Crown World Mobility’s roundtable series has been successful in taking mobility program development and thought leadership to Asia.
The five interactive sessions were held in the first two weeks of November. 105 participants joined us at the roundtables in Beijing, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Tokyo.
Lisa Johnson presented Crown’s 2018 survey findings. She made an indelible imprint in the minds of the attendees at the sessions where she interacted and answered queries from the audience. One of the attendees at Manila roundtable, said: “I am really glad that I am able to attend this forum, because it gives me an idea on how to benchmark global mobility policies, I can bring the learnings back to my company .”
Lisa explained, “the roundtables presented a great opportunity to interact and engage senior HR professionals and address their concerns regarding global mobility programs and policies.” She continues, “it’s wonderful to hear the perspectives from HR in global companies”
